Food - I ordered the biscuit pot pie, Franklin, and mchashbrowns. Food was heavy but good. I honestly could only have a few bites of everything. 3.7/5. There was a hair that I found in my pot pie but the staff was super nice and immediately made me a new one. Additionally, staff comped my food. Staff - super nice and friendly. Server brought us additional water on a hot day. Ambiance - restaurant theme is on point.

Needed a breakfast recommendation prior to flying home and the Denver Yelpers did not disappoint. Denver Biscuit Co. is legit! I had the Lola with a fried egg. Whoa! The honey butter was lights out! The biscuit itself was pretty darn solid and the bacon was fantastic. The fool's paradise hot sauce added a nice bite. They had a self serve coffee bar which was a neat feature I've never experienced. All in all, I'd definitely recommend it for the out of town Southerners.

Biscuits just like the south! Since moving to Denver I miss a good southern breakfast and this is the perfect spot for the craving. And even better because they have so many vegetarian options! The portions are huge and worth the price. The moms iced latte is so good and easy to drink more than one of.

OMG Denver Biscuit Company (also falls under the name of Atomic Cowboy) is absolutely fantastic! Their biscuits are some of the butteriest, moistest, flakiest biscuits I've ever had! I'm glad there are a handful of DBC locations throughout the city of Denver so the wealth is well spread. We came here for breakfast and I like that this DBC in particular is housed in the same space as two other restaurants, so that there's food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and a wide variety of it all as well. Given that it was breakfast though, we all ordered the biscuits and what a hearty breakfast it was! These biscuits are massive - frankly, everything here comes in massive proportions including the largest cinnamon roll I've ever seen! Not only are the biscuits massive, but they're essentially sandwiches and come piled on with a ton of ingredients as well! I ordered the K-Mack biscuit sandwich, which had a Korean spin on all of it. It was Korean fried buttermilk chicken (so tender and flavorful!), toasted sesame seeds, sesame mayo, pickled daikon (the perfect burst of tart freshness - could've done with even more given how heavy all the other ingredients are), shredded cabbage, and green onions. The chicken was perfect, the biscuit was perfect, my belly was wildly happy! On top of it all, I added a side of McHashbrowns because I had to try what these were, given that I do really enjoy the McDonald's hashbrowns. These ended up being some of the best hashbrowns I've ever had. Twice the thickness of a McDonald's hashbrown and in a triangle shape, perfectly crispy on the outside and potato-y on the inside! It was way too much food and easily split into two full meals, but it was so worth it! The giant biscuit cinnamon roll that my friends and I ordered was so good as well. Like I said earlier in this review, it was truly massive and we also added the option of the bacon bits on top because we wanted to try that out. The result was delicious - salty and sweet! And even among the three of us, we couldn't finish the cinnamon roll given that we each had ordered biscuit sandwiches as well. We all ended up taking leftovers home for another meal in addition to not even being hungry by the time dinner rolled around that same day, even after a ton of hiking and exploring! Denver Biscuit Co. is worth all of it and then some! You won't regret coming here and are sure to leave SUPER satisfied!

Denver biscuit company is the perfect first stop in denver to have a hearty meal to get you going for the full day. I got the franklin with gravy on the side because I got a side of strawberry rhubarb to try with the biscuit as well. Sandwhich was fried chicken and bacon which I can never seem to stray away from even with all the other amazing sounding sandwhiches. The biscuit was tasty and soft in the inside. The fried chicken felt a bit overfried but was okay. Star of the show was the gravy and strawberry rhubarb jam. The gravy had some nice sausage chunks and not as peppery as other gravys. The jam was so good that i could drink a bucket. Ice coffee comes with one free refill which is unheard of. recommend this spot and would be back.

I LOOOOVE a biscuit and there were top tier! I think I only have two complaints, the jams were kinda runny.. they could have been a bit stiffer (blueberry was surprisingly better than the strawberry and I LOVE strawberry jam) and the butter could be a bit softer Hostess and waitstaff were friendly and helpful. We went during brunch time so it was a bit busy so there was a little wait but it's also located in a cute shopping area where you can stroll and pass some time. I highly recommend if you're looking for a good breakfast

We were sat outside in the patio, nothing spectacular but comfortable. The patio is also pet friendly. We ordered the Franklin, nashville hot chicken, and strawberry shortcake biscuits all of which were very tasty. My favorite was the mushroom gravy on the Franklin! This was probably just a one off, but our waiter forgot multiple items in our order (soda, NA drink, egg on a biscuit).

This place is the best if you are looking for a heavy/hearty biscuit sandwich! I love that they have something for everyone with the more sweet sandwiches and also the savory ones. The service is good and they definitely get busy so it can be slower at some times. It is self serve bottomless coffee though so that's always a plus. As far as sandwiches, I got the K-Mack which was Korean inspired and the sauce and daikon were delicious. The chicken is definitely a little on the drier side however the sauces make up for it!

I've been meaning to check this place out years ago when I came to Denver for a bachelor party but never got the chance. Decided to finally check it out this time around. Biscuits and gravy are some of my favorite American breakfast foods so I was excited. We ordered the K-Mack, the shrimp and cheesy grits, the pot pie, and a cinnamon bun. We also ordered hash browns and gravy on the side. Loved the food--the biscuits were buttery and moist while the gravy was thick and hearty. Shrimp and cheesy grits come with a biscuit on top and the portions of shrimp is generous. The pot pie is decadent and the fried onions on top were a nice touch. The K-Mack chicken sandwich is great if that's the flavors you are looking for. Coffee is self service and you get to choose your own mug. Our server was sweet and quick--the food came out probably in 5-10 minutes. The restaurant itself is big and open--I believe it shares its space with Fat Sully's, a pizza joint so if you want that, it's there. Be warned, though, it is biscuits and gravy and it will make you want to take a nap if you're starting your day here.
